Speed & Agility

Having the ability to accelerate, decelerate, stabilize and change direction quickly while maintaining proper posture is what separates good athletes from All-American athletes. With that being said "fatigue makes a coward out of us all" so a focus on being in tip top shape is also very important.

WR/DB Coaching

With 23 years of experience comes a lot of broken bones, bumps, and bruises, but the knowledge I’ve gained along the way has made it more than worth it. I don’t know everything and because the game is forever evolving I will never know it all so I’m constantly looking for ways to evolve while never forgetting the fundamentals. My coaching can best be described using Henry Hooft’s K.I.S.S. method 😂 Keep it simple stupid! From little league to the NFL at the end of the day “it’s just a game” (until you lose)
